WAKE✳︎ is the substantial reference application. It is an experimental research system that uses sudofx for generic operational authority and runtime primitives while retaining its own research policy, evidence rules, publication behavior, and experimental controls.

Conversation
A privacy-bounded governed chat proof. Every provider call starts fresh. sudofx reconstructs durable continuity from bounded SQLite observations, while the private runtime may carry only the immediately previous successful exchange in volatile process memory so adjacent references still make sense. Raw transcript text never becomes durable Conversation state.

Portable continuity application
Handoff
Handoff tests whether a fresh intelligence can reconstruct useful continuity from a bounded governed packet. Packet construction, manual transport scoring, target registration, and evaluation evidence now live above the kernel as application semantics under app:handoff.
