Your screen can look like a normal chat, but the durable record is not a transcript. Raw human and assistant text stays transient; SQLite keeps only governed message fingerprints, bounded observations, receipts, and lifecycle evidence.
Talk normally.
Memory stays governed.
Every Gemini call starts fresh. sudofx reconstructs bounded observations from SQLite, while the private runtime may carry one immediately previous successful exchange in volatile memory for adjacent references. Provider chat-session memory is never required.
Public Pages never receives a PAT or provider key. Launch the private GitHub Codespace; GitHub authenticates access to its forwarded Conversation port.
Operator sign inHuman → sudofx → fresh Gemini
The provider receives the current transient message, bounded durable observations, and—when available—the immediately previous successful exchange as a disposable active window. Older raw turns are never replayed, and restart or Clear removes that volatile window without changing SQLite authority.
Try losing the screen
After several turns, reload the page and ask what you were trying to figure out earlier. A coherent answer should come from reconstructed sudofx observations, not provider session memory.
